How to cook grilled wahoo recipes on a gas grill
Usually grilling wahoo steaks is easy. Just place fish steaks on your grill with nonstick spray, salt & pepper, some butter, and lemon juice or fresh lime juice.
This recipe with olives and tomatoes is also simple. It takes longer to grill wahoo fillets than it does to cook the tomatoes and olives.
1. Heat the grill to high.
2. Brush both sides of the fillets with canola oil. And spray grill with a canola or olive oil nonstick cooking spray.
3. Season fish with salt and pepper, to taste.
4. Place fish on the hot grill and immediately turn the dials to low. Close the cover.
5. Cook the fillets on the grill for about 4 to 6 minutes per side until done.
6. While the fish is grilling, heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
7. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
8. Add the tomatoes and olives and cook until heated through.
10. Plate fish and spoon sauce over it. Serve.
